Use the official reference
After submitting a supported procedure, keep the hồ sơ code or acknowledgement issued by the system. The official lookup page can use that code, along with security verification, to show status information. If you have not logged in yet, see the VNeID login guide.
Search by authority
The portal can also provide lookup options tied to the implementing authority and acceptance information for certain records. A dossier lodged through a specialized system may need to be checked there; for example, see the separate BHXH guide and tax/GDT guide.
If no result appears
Confirm the code, the responsible authority and whether the procedure was submitted through the national portal or an agency system. A dossier lodged elsewhere may need to be checked on that system. For technical problems, see portal troubleshooting.
