A practical overview of Vietnam’s National Public Service Portal for citizens and businesses.
Cổng Dịch vụ công Quốc gia is Vietnam’s central public-service portal at dichvucong.gov.vn. It helps users find administrative procedures and access supported online services across public authorities. For login instructions, see Dichvucong Gov VN login with VNeID.
Citizen services
Official portal categories include education, work, residence and identity, family matters, housing and land, health, vehicles and drivers, retirement and other common life events. For residence searches specifically, use our temporary residence and dân cư guide.
Business services
Businesses can find services related to starting a business, labor and social insurance, finance, land and construction, trade, intellectual property, procurement and restructuring. Social-insurance users can continue to the BHXH public-service guide, while tax users should see GDT and thuế điện tử.
Other portal functions
The portal supports hồ sơ lookup, online payments, feedback/recommendations, service-quality evaluation and guidance. Not every specialized government task is performed in the same interface; some services redirect to responsible agencies.
2026 transition
