Dichvucong Gov VN Not Working: Login and Portal Fixes
Troubleshoot migrated URLs, VNeID login problems, browser sessions and unavailable services.

Check the current URL

Browser/session checks
Retry in a current browser, clear stale cookies or use a private window if login loops occur. Do not repeatedly enter credentials on a page whose domain you have not verified.
VNeID issues
If citizen login fails, check whether the VNeID account itself works and whether the portal is currently showing the normal VNeID authentication flow. See our VNeID login guide.
