Start from the hồ sơ or service

Keep the transaction reference
After payment, save the official receipt or transaction code. If the status is delayed, verify the transaction before paying again.
Personal-account warning
Do not transfer money to an individual who claims to accelerate a public-service procedure. Legitimate online payments should be traceable through the official government/payment workflow. Read the fake portal and payment scam warning.
